✔ Spent Criminal Convictions: With certain exclusions.

✔ Criminal Convictions (Sentences of 4 Years or Less): For individuals who completed their license over 2 years ago.

✔ Criminal Convictions (Sentences Over 4 Years): For individuals sentenced more than 10 years ago, excluding serious violent, sexual, or terrorism offenses under Schedule 18.

✔ Acquitted or Dropped Charges: Evidentially false allegations (we can provide a copy of the criminal record if needed).

✔ Attack Websites: Sites created for stalking, harassment, or to unjustly damage someone’s reputation.

✔ Company Closures: Affecting individuals where the company was a separate entity from the directors, and we can prove they are now in a different industry.

✔ Missing Persons Reports: Where we can confirm we are instructed by the person named in the report.

✔ Republished Personal Information: Such as historic CCJs, bankruptcy records, non-government electoral roll websites, and company director information sites.

✔ Public Figures: Whose names are used to drive traffic to non-consented or unrelated content, like models linked to adult content or business people linked to dubious forex trading platforms.

✔ Irrelevant or Alarming Content: Appearing in search results due to Google’s algorithms, but not actually about the person being searched (e.g., similar crime reports, articles about relatives, offensive blogs about people with similar names).

✔ Damaging or Embarrassing Publicity: Including relationship breakdowns, inheritance disputes, or news stories causing shame, bullying, harassment, or regret, even if initially consented to.

Please review the following exclusions list to ensure the type of content you need removed from Google is not included:

✘ Legitimate Personal Opinions or Business Criticism: We cannot remove genuine personal opinions or referenced criticism of a business.

✘ Current Business Methods Criticism: Opinions on an individual’s current business methods published within the last 5 years, where the individual is still active in the same or similar industry, are not removable.

✘ Companies House Records: Generally, these records are not removable unless a Person at Risk of Violence (PARV) order, Threat to Life Notice, or similar official order has been issued. However, content from sites that source and republish data from Companies House can be removed.

✘ Political or Public Figures: Content related to individuals who have run for political office, been involved in politics, lobbying, religious leadership, or journalism, or who have otherwise entered the public eye in the last 10 years, cannot be removed.

✘ Employment Tribunal Decisions: Officially published employment tribunal decisions are not removable. We have two outstanding Freedom of Information requests regarding these. Other related content, such as news reports or discussion blogs, can usually be removed from search results.

✘ Undecided or Outstanding Legal Matters: This includes reporting on unresolved legal disputes, ongoing civil proceedings, convicted persons awaiting sentencing, and alleged perpetrators awaiting trial. Publicity around alleged crimes, including “predator hunter” videos featuring an arrest, is not removable prior to conviction or acquittal.

✘ Current Company Director Disqualifications or Bankruptcy Orders: These are not removable if they are still current and unexpired.

✘ Unexpired Ancillary Court Orders: Content related to individuals bound by unexpired court orders, such as Restraining Orders, FRO, SCPO, SHPO, SOPO, and Criminal Behaviour Orders, cannot be removed.

✘ Serious Offences with Long Sentences: Prison sentences of more than 4 years for serious violent, sexual, or terrorism offences (Schedule 18) are not removable.

✘ Other Crimes with Long Sentences: Prison sentences of more than 4 years for any other crimes, if less than 10 years ago, are not removable unless the sentence was reduced or the conviction overturned on appeal.

✘ Terrorism-Related Convictions: Convictions for terrorism-related offences are not removable, regardless of the sentence length.

✘ Physical Sexual Crimes: Convictions for in-person sexual crimes are not removable, regardless of the sentence length.

✘ Crimes Against Children: Convictions for in-person crimes against children are not removable, regardless of the sentence length.

✘ Dark Web Content: We do not access or remove content from the Dark Web, which is not visible to search engines and requires an anonymous browser to access. We do not recommend attempting to access the Dark Web.
